By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All products are made to order. Slight variations in color and placement may occur due to the production process.

2. **Payments**  
All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept all major credit cards and other available methods displayed at checkout.

3. **Returns & Exchanges**  
Due to the custom nature of our products, **we do not accept returns or exchanges**, except in cases of manufacturing defects (see Return Policy).

4. **Shipping**  
We produce and ship orders from Leander, Texas. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

5. **Liability**  
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. **Changes to Terms**  
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
