All of our products are made to order. For this reason, **we do not accept returns or exchanges**.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us at bestofriendollcfromus@gmail.com
within **30 days** of delivery. Make sure to include clear photos showing the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, color preferences, or buyer's remorse.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All sales are final.
